If the order is shipped within California State, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of California State. Warning, skateboarding and scooter use are dangerous and could result in serious injury or death.  Always wear proper safety gear including: helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards and closed toe shoes.  All skate safe products shall be mounted as to not obstruct the riders footing in any way.  The Skate Brake will not work when wet.  Be safe = skate safe!
